Training options. It is our strong recommendation that
training with equipment at home should only be done under
the regular consultation and supervision of a legitimately
trained professional, preferably following closely supervised
training in the office for a period of time. Otherwise, more
serious negative effects could possibly occur with
unsupervised self-training.

It is important to remember that the impressive success
documented in research is based on work with qualified
professionals, following careful assessment, and with training
sessions that are supervised by the therapist rather than with
unsupervised sessions taking place in an office or at home.
